A Call To Action                            

There are many scientific reports proving and disproving the effects of jet travel on human health. The truth is the evidence is not totally conclusive in either argument. The only conclusions to be made are those you feel after your flight. Personally I have the evidence of the way I used to feel versus the way I feel now and the way a large majority of my flying colleagues still feel and look after years of flying.

The bottom line is jet travel in our modern age is here to stay. Do you wait for science to prove the arguments conclusively in either direction before you take action to preserve your health? It took science hundreds of years to prove the Galilean theory that the Sun is at the center of the universe. Believing only when you can see proof may be very bad for your health.

My challenge to you is to take preventative steps in the face of what you feel and experience. As a naturopathic nutritional therapist my emphasis is on the preventative.  The Chinese say it is better to prevent an illness than to cure it. This is the path to vital living, health in its many guises is not the absence of disease but the presence of vitality. I invite you to share this journey with me in the interest of all you hold dear.
