ASSESSMENTS
Jet Stress Assessment (JSA)
Preferably this takes place face to face. The aim of this assessment is to see how jet stress and jet lag affect you. This is a personal matter, while there are core signs and symptoms of jet stress and jet lag, how they affect you is dependent on the individual. The objective of this assessment is to
- Measure your specific symptom picture now.
- Create a starting point against which your progress will be measured.
- Get an understanding of your grasp of the traveling environment.
- Note any specific measures you currently use to assist you on your trips.
The assessment takes the form of questions answers and observations, it may entail an exercise to be carried out on your next trip. It can include recommendations to be acted upon before your next appointment. The overall objective is to gauge as accurately as possible where you are now to determine which approach suits you best.
Progressive Case Assessments (PCA)
These are assessments generally after the first 3 appointments; they are there to fine tune the success you are having on the program and iron out any difficulties you may be experiencing. They are also available for any specific part of the program where you may need specific assistance. I specifically use these sessions to handle
